This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It cannot retrieve records, conduct an official background check, file documents, or store official criminal records.

Its purpose is to direct readers to the Lynn County Sheriff, courts, Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, Texas Public Sex Offender Registry, and outside tools that may assist lawful personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Interfere with access for other visitors or degrade site performance
• Run scrapers, bots, or other automated collection tools against the pages

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information from this site or a linked service must not be used to stalk, intimidate, threaten, harass, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. This restriction is especially important for data from the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 62 governs public registry disclosure, and misuse against a listed person can carry criminal consequences. Registry information serves public safety awareness and does not authorize vigilantism or unlawful blacklisting.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It creates no credit report, background check, or consumer report. The site and advertising partners do not provide services intended to evaluate applicants, borrowers, insurance risks, or housing applicants. You must not use information here or in a linked tool to:

• Make another decision regulated by the FCRA
• Decide eligibility for a government benefit, permit, or license
• Set an insurance price or assess creditworthiness
• Evaluate a housing application
• Make a hiring or firing decision

An authorized FCRA purpose requires an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider or the official channel that the law specifies, not this resource.
